Conditions

• The renter will receive a confirmation of booking within a few days after making a reservation and than be attached to the requested rental period.
  
  
• The renter is obliged to leave the house and garden clean and in good condition after the rental period. End cleaning is included in the weekly rent, but dishes must have been washed and carbage must have been removed.
  Any costs for the lessor, which have to be made for cleaning and/or repairs will be taken of the bail.
  The bail will be paid back within 10 days after the rental periode has ended.
  
  
• When the amount of renters, as mentioned in the reservation, exceeds the mentioned amount without consent of the lessor, the lessor will have the right to refuse the surplus of renters.
  
  
• The rental agreement will be valid from the moment the renter has paid 50% of the total rent amount before the date as mentioned in the confirmation (which in general will be within 2 weeks). After the mentioned date the renter looses all rights to rent La Goutte Bruyère.
  After receipt by the lessor of 50% of the total rent amount, the renter will receive a confirmation of the payment, the itinirary and the general information for the renter.
  The other 50% of the total rent amount will have to be paid before 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
  Should a booking take place within 6 weeks before start of the rental period, the total amount will have to paid all at once.
  
  
• The renter will be responsible for any damage to the house, the garden and the inventory which has been caused by neglect of the renter either during the period of rent or afterwards.
  We would advise you to take a travel insurance.
  
  
• All cancellations will have to be send to the lessor by registered delivered mail.
  We use the following compensation payment:
  
  
  • Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the rental period starts: 10 % of the total rental amount
  • Cancellation 8 weeks before the rental period starts: 20 % of the total rental amount
  • Cancellation 6 weeks before the rental period starts: 50 % of the total rental amount
  • Cancellation 4 weeks before the rental period starts: 75 % of the total rental amount
  • Cancellation 2 weeks before the rental period starts: 100% of the total rental amount
  • The booking costs will not be paid back.
    
    
    Other conditions
    
    Beds and bedlinnen
    You will have to bring your own sheets as well as towels.
    In the main bedroom you will find a lits-jumeaux (2 matrasses of 0.90x2.00 cm), the next bedroom has a twinbed(1.40x2.00 cm). The third bedroom has 1 1-pers. bed (0.90x2.00 cm) and a lits-jumeaux (2 matrasses of 0.90x2.00 cm.
    It is possible to rent sheets at euro 10 per person.
    
    Stove.
    You can use, if necessary, the wood in the barn. During the winterperiod we will charge Euro 25 for the use of the wood and electricity.
    
    
    Cleaning.
    End cleaning is included, however if we are of the opinion that extra cleaning is needed because of excesive polution, we will charge € 15,-- per hour, which we will deduct from the bail to be returned.
